1. Carrot Puree
Rich in vitamin A, beta-carotene, iron, and calcium, which are good for the immune system and eye development of children.

- ½ carrot, peeled and cut into 1.5 cm dice
- 3 tbsp of rice
- Demineralized water

How to make:
- Place the carrots in the Mama's Choice Baby Food Maker basket.
- Add water to the machine until before the MAX limit, and steam for 20 minutes.
- Once the carrots are cooked, remove them from the basket. Mix with rice and water, then blend until smooth.
2. Broccoli Chicken Liver Porridge

- 1 clove of garlic
- EVOO / margarine for sauteing

- While waiting, stir-fry the chicken liver using EVOO and garlic.

3. Banana Apple Puree
Easy to digest and yummy, bananas and apples are rich in iron, vitamins, and minerals that babies need.

4. Milk Avocado Puree

- 2 eggs, beaten

- Once soft, chop the broccoli and mix it with the water and eggs in a bowl.

- 3 chickpeas, cut into 1.5 cm

- While waiting, stir-fry the onions with EVOO, then add the chicken and salt. Stir until cooked.

11. Tempeh Steak

- ½ Tempeh
- 1 egg
- ½ tbsp wheat flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Carrots, chickpeas, sweetcorn, diced 1.5 cm
- ¼ onion
- 30 gr champignon mushrooms, sliced
- Cooking cream
- Cheddar cheese

How to make:
- Steam the tempeh and vegetables until soft using the Mama's Choice Baby Food Maker.
- Separate the vegetables from the tempeh, then puree the tempeh in a blender.
- Mix tempeh with flour, eggs, salt, and pepper, knead until smooth. Form steak, then fry and drain.
- Make the sauce by sautéing the onions and mushrooms, then add the cooking cream and cheddar cheese. Serve the sauce with the steak and vegetables.
12. Baby Western Breakfast
